खुड्डा अलीशेर गाँव के निवासियों ने लैंड पूलिंग स्कीम का विरोध किया
कहा “हमें चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन की लैंड पूलिंग स्कीम नहीं चाहिए”
चण्डीगढ़ : चंडीगढ़ के गांवों में ज़मीन के मालिक अभी लैंड पूलिंग स्कीम को लेकर चल रही चर्चाओं से परेशान हैं। गाँवों के ज़मीन मालिकों का कहना है कि उन्हें लैंड पूलिंग स्कीम नहीं चाहिए। इसी संबंध में खुडा अलीशेर गाँव में ज़मीन मालिकों की एक बैठक हुई। बैठक के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए खुडा अलीशेर के निवासी गुरप्रीत सिंह (मार्केट कमेटी के पूर्व चेयरमैन), नाथ सिंह नंबरदार, नछत्तर सिंह, मेजर सिंह, हरप्रीत सिंह, गुरचरण सिंह, अमरजीत कौर, बिल्लू सिंह, जसविंदर सिंह आदि ने कहा कि वे अपनी ज़मीन के बदले कोई लैंड पूलिंग स्कीम नहीं चाहते। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ राजनीतिक नेताओं ने अपने छोटे-मोटे राजनीतिक फ़ायदे के लिए मीडिया में लैंड पूलिंग स्कीम के बारे में गुमराह करने वाली खबरें छपवाई हैं। वे इस स्कीम का कड़ा विरोध करते हैं। पूर्व चेयरमैन गुरप्रीत सिंह ने कहा कि गाँवों के असली ज़मीन मालिक लैंड पूलिंग स्कीम नहीं चाहते हैं।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਲੀਆਂ ਜਮੀਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਇਹਨੀਂ ਦਿਨੀ ਚੱਲ ਲੈਂਡ ਪੂਲਿੰਗ ਸਕੀਮ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਚਰਚਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਮਾਲਿਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੈਂਡ ਪੂਲਿੰਗ ਸਕੀਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ। ਇਸੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਡ ਖੁੱਡਾ ਅਲੀਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਭੋਂ-ਮਾਲਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਖੁੱਡਾ ਅਲੀਸ਼ੇਰ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ, ਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੰਬਰਦਾਰ, ਨਛੱਤਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਮੇਜਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਬਿੱਲੂ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਦਿ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਮੀਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਕੋਈ ਲੈਂਡ ਪੂਲਿੰਗ ਸਕੀਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਇੱਕਾ-ਦੁੱਕਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੁਝ ਸੌੜੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਿਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲੈਂਡ ਪੂਲਿੰਗ ਸਕੀਮ ਬਾਬਤ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹਕੁਨ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਪੁਰਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਬਕਾ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਭੋਂ-ਮਾਲਿਕ ਤਾਂ ਲੈਂਡ ਪੂਲਿੰਗ ਸਕੀਮ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ।

Residents of Khuda Alisher Village Oppose Land Pooling Scheme
Say, “We Do Not Want the Chandigarh Administration’s Land Pooling Scheme”
Chandigarh: Landowners in Chandigarh’s villages are concerned over the ongoing discussions regarding the proposed Land Pooling Scheme. According to them, they do not want the scheme to be implemented.
In this regard, a meeting of landowners was held in Khuda Alisher village. Sharing details about the meeting, village residents Gurpreet Singh (Former Chairman of the Market Committee), Nath Singh (Numberdar), Nachhattar Singh, Major Singh, Harpreet Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Amarjit Kaur, Billu Singh, Jaswinder Singh, and others stated that they do not want any Land Pooling Scheme in exchange for their land.
They alleged that certain political leaders, for their own minor political gains, have been getting misleading reports about the Land Pooling Scheme published in the media. The villagers said they strongly oppose the scheme.
Former Chairman Gurpreet Singh said that the genuine landowners of the villages do not want the Land Pooling Scheme and are firmly against its implementation.
