1️⃣ Diet Therapy (MOST IMPORTANT)

✅ Eat Daily

Bitter gourd (karela) – juice or vegetable

Bottle gourd / Tori / Pumpkin

Green leafy vegetables

Sprouts (moong)

Low-GI fruits: guava, apple, pear, berries

Soaked fenugreek (methi) – 1 tsp seeds overnight
